For an hour and a half, you will walk with your guide along the narrow battlements and crenellations of the castle, experiencing the same route that the ancient watchmen took in their task of protecting the fortress. If the company is responsible for the cancellation, the company will offer the client the possibility of choosing an alternative date and time for the visit without changing the price paid. If no alternative is possible, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer always has the possibility of changing the visit to another date that is available.
If the customer is responsible for the cancellation, in case of requesting a refund:
- A full refund will be made provided that the cancellation is made at least 15 days in advance of the date of the visit.
- If it is cancelled 72 hours in advance, a 50% refund of the amount will be made.
- If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the date of the visit there will be no possibility of a refund.
- If the cancellation is requested on the same day of the visit, the customer will be responsible for the cancellation. purchase, the refund will be possible depending on the date contracted for the visit, taking into account the circumstances mentioned above.
The amount of the visit will not be refunded in any of the following cases:
- For arriving late to the meeting point.
- For not showing up at the meeting point on the date and time contracted.
