The visit begins in the fortified part, where the narrow walled corridors and the bent gates reveal the ingenious defensive design that made the Alcazaba one of the most impregnable fortifications of Al-Andalus. At this point, our guide will transport you back to the Middle Ages, making you feel like a soldier trying to protect or conquer the fortress, allowing you to understand the importance of the Alcazaba in the conquest of Malaga by the Christians. Next, we will enter the palace area, where gardens, fountains and magnificent views take us to the Arab palace life, customs and culture in medieval Malaga. Through every corner, you will discover the different historical stages that the city has lived through and the rich cultural heritage that these walls still preserve.
Cancellation policy
COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY
If the company is responsible for the cancellation, the company will offer the client the possibility of choosing an alternative date and time for the visit without changing the price paid. If no alternative is possible, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer always has the possibility of changing the visit to another date that is available.
If the customer is responsible for the cancellation, in case of requesting a refund:
- A full refund will be made provided that the cancellation is made at least 15 days in advance of the date of the visit.
- If it is cancelled 72 hours in advance, a 50% refund of the amount will be made.
- If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the date of the visit there will be no possibility of a refund.
- If the cancellation is requested on the same day of the visit, the customer will be responsible for the cancellation. purchase, the refund will be possible depending on the date contracted for the visit, taking into account the circumstances mentioned above.
The amount of the visit will not be refunded in any of the following cases:
- For arriving late to the meeting point.
- For not showing up at the meeting point on the date and time contracted.
